All purchases made through SHOYO.WORK are non-refundable. The services are provided as-is and without any guarantee of refund once payment has been processed.

If you experience an issue or believe there has been an error with your payment, you must contact [email protected] before attempting any chargeback or refund request through PayPal or another payment processor.

Please allow 48–72 hours for a reply, not including weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Any refund or chargeback attempt made through PayPal or similar services without first contacting the business via [email protected] will result in immediate and permanent banning from the platform, enforced automatically by our system.

7. Analytics and Visitor Data

• You may collect analytics and contact information (e.g., email, phone number) from visitors to your pages.
• You are responsible for handling this data in compliance with applicable laws.
• You may download and use this data for lawful purposes related to your services or portfolio.

8. Service Development
